Early bird registration prior to September 30, 2011: $1400 + GST.
Registration after September 30, 2011: $1600 + GST.
Registration fees include Welcome Reception, breakfast and afternoon refreshments each conference day.
Accommodation
The Viceroy is offering conference rates on their remaining rooms subject to availability. We advise you check on the availability and cost of accommodation prior to registering for the meeting and booking airfares. Accommodation bookings should be made directly with The Viceroy and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Viceroy Resort.

Studio: US$341/night
One bedroom suite: US$467/night
One bedroom + studio (2 bathrooms): US$621/night
Two bedroom (2 bathrooms): US$835/night

Lift passes
Discounted multi-day lift passes are available for delegates at the following rates - see registration page for further details. Lift passes must be purchased prior to December 15, 2011 to qualify for these rates. Passes will not be available after this date.
