Accommodation bookings should be made directly with The Viceroy. The conference room block will only be held until October 31, 2010 and may sell out prior to this date. Accommodation bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the Viceroy Resort. Conference room rates are: studio US$325/night, one bedroom+den US$445/night, two bedroom US$795/night (taxes apply) and are available to delegates for the conference dates and 3 nights before and following the meeting. Registration after September 30, 2010: $1600 + GST.
Registration fees include Welcome Reception, breakfast and afternoon refreshments each conference day.
